🧘 How to Prepare for the Session

Wear Comfortable Clothes

Choose loose, comfortable clothing. Avoid wearing black-colored clothes, if possible, to maintain energetic clarity.

Relax Your Mind

Be stress-free and relaxed—like a smiling child—before the session begins. A calm state supports deeper meditation.

Find a Quiet Space

Choose a calm, comfortable spot where you won’t be disturbed.

Remove Distractions

  • Remove eyeglasses, if possible.
  • Keep electronic gadgets like headphones, mobile phones, Bluetooth devices physically away from your body to minimize energy interference.

Join Early

Please log in 10 minutes before the session to settle in and check your audio/video settings. We recommend joining early so we can help resolve any technical issues in advance.

Choose a Comfortable Posture

You may sit cross-legged on a mat, on a chair, or lie down—whichever is comfortable for you. Please ensure your upper body (from head to navel or waistline) is clearly visible on screen, so the Acharya can perform Shaktipat and guide you effectively throughout the session.

💻 Zoom Session Etiquette

Keep your microphone muted during the session.

Keeping your camera on during the session is mandatory, as the Acharya has to observe and guide your kriyas effectively.

To truly receive the blessings of the session, come with an open heart and leave any doubts behind. Trust and surrender to the grace of the Guru—be receptive to his loving energy, and allow him to guide your journey within.

🌼 After the Session

Take a few deep breaths before getting up. You’re welcome to stay back for reflections, questions, or simply to enjoy the energy a bit longer.

What to Expect in the Session

The session begins with you sitting comfortably in Gyan Mudra, eyes softly closed.

Guruji may chant some mantras and will gently chant ‘OM’ a few times to put you into Dhyana (a meditative state). Please do not chant any mantras while Guruji is chanting. However, when he begins chanting ‘OM’, you should gently chant ‘OM’ along with him.

During the session, you may naturally enter a state of stillness and deep meditation. There’s no need to concentrate or control your thoughts, or try to focus intensely. Simply come with an open heart and a quiet willingness to receive. Be present, be receptive, and allow the Guru’s energy to flow through you.

You will remain in this silent space until Guruji chants ‘OM’ again to gently bring you back.

🌈 Every Experience is Unique

Each person experiences Shaktipat in their own way, and each experience is valid and meaningful. Some may express spontaneous movements—tears, laughter, body sways, or involuntary gestures—as seen in Guruji’s Mass Shaktipat sessions. These are kriyas (natural responses) to the energy.

Some sensations you might feel:

  • Tingling in the hands, feet, or spine
  • Gentle warmth or energy flow in the body
  • Light pressure around the forehead, temples, or between the eyebrows
  • A sense of calm, stillness, or inner spaciousness
  • If you don’t feel any particular sensations or outward signs during the session, that is absolutely fine. The absence of visible reactions does not mean the process isn’t happening. Shaktipat works quietly and subtly, honoring your inner rhythm and readiness. Feeling calm, still, or without movement is completely natural—it often depends on the intensity of your past-life karmas (samskaras). Please have faith and remember that every journey unfolds in its own time.
